Named in honor of founder Dawnita Noel’s grandmother, the space reflects a legacy of care, generosity, and fearless creativity. Every detail is intentional. Every decision is rooted in what works and what should work better. Lillie Bea’s is not just here to serve. It is here to fill the gaps, honor the craft, and build something that lasts — for the people, the industry, and the future.

Founder Dawnita Noel brings more than 20 years of leadership across hospitality, brand strategy, and cultural production. She has built restaurants from the ground up, led multimillion-dollar campaigns for global brands, and produced experiences for audiences ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals. As a Black queer woman, her vision for Lillie Bea’s is grounded in lived perspective and unmatched operational expertise. This is not a proof of concept. It is a model that delivers.
